Junior High Los Angeles is a community-driven art space that breaks down the barriers that often keep people out of the art world. Through workshops, exhibitions, and creative gatherings, it offers a welcoming environment where beginners and emerging artists can experiment, learn, and build confidence. The space is especially committed to creating safety and visibility for artists who are often marginalized by traditional art institutions—women, queer and nonbinary artists, artists of color, and anyone who has ever felt that the art world wasn’t built for them.
