Manuel Luben is a recovery coach, originally from Belize and now based in Los Angeles. After starting out as an actor, he struggled with addiction and eventually spent time incarcerated. Today, he’s a licensed counselor, focused on sobriety coaching. He’s a steady presence in the recovery community. He’s known for his deep listening, the sense of safety he offers, and his extensive knowledge of addiction and habit change. Manuel is currently available to support individuals (and their families) seeking a path to sustainable sobriety.
